Website for a Macrame Artist

The brief:

Jess is the maker behind Knot Worth The Tassle, a macramé artist creating handmade décor, accessories, and running workshops alongside her product business. When she came to me, she needed a website that felt professional and polished, but still reflected the creativity and care behind her work.

The site also needed to work as a proper business tool. Something she could confidently share with potential collaborators, stockists, and customers, while supporting online sales and workshop bookings.

The Goal

The main aim of this project was to create a website that:

  • Elevated the brand and felt professional

  • Clearly showcased Jess’s work and offerings

  • Supported product sales and workshop bookings

  • Worked as a marketing tool for collaborations and partnerships

At the same time, it needed to appeal to her audience: women in their 20s and 30s who are interested in creativity, self-development, home décor, and learning new skills.

" Working with Nikita has been amazing from start to finish! She has taken the vision that I had for my website in my head and made it a reality and I couldn’t be happier with my website. I found it quite overwhelming how many decisions go into designing a website but Nikita broke everything down into small chunks for me to work through when telling her how I wanted things to work which helped me so much. Nikita is so knowledgable when it comes to web design and was always on hand to answer any questions I had regarding tech, which can be quite confusing! The aesthetic of my website is just gorgeous, which was so important to me having a product based business. I couldn’t recommend Nikita more if you’re looking for a beautiful website to show off your business! "
