Last updated: August 08th, 2023
For the purposes of this Disclaimer:
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “I”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) refers to I Do Website Design.
- Service or Website refers to I Do Website Design accessible from https://idowebsitedesign.com
- “You” or “The Client” refers to the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
By choosing I Do Website Design, you agree to our Terms and Conditions. These terms will be in effect from the date of deposit payment and will remain valid until both You (the Client) and I Do Website Design agree that our services are no longer needed.
I create quotations for my services based on the brief provided by You and the estimated time investment required. Quotations may be subject to change if additional work is necessary. The quotes provided are valid for thirty days. After this, I reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly. While I strive to meet delivery dates, I cannot absolutely guarantee them as they may vary.
All bookings for services with I Do Website Design are only confirmed when You pay a 50% non-refundable deposit fee. This fee is essential for securing a spot in my schedule and is not eligible for a refund. Once I receive the deposit, I will send an email to You to confirm the booking and make arrangements for the project to commence.
Payment of services and/or products will be in GBP (£) via Card (Stripe) or via Internet Bank Transfer in your chosen currency. 50% non-refundable deposit initial payment is due before any design work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion, or on the scheduled date of completion (whichever date happens first). Invoices shall list any expenses and additional costs as separate items.
The Client acknowledges and agrees to pay the fees specified in the project proposal, which includes all applicable taxes. The pricing mentioned in the project proposal solely covers the designer’s fees. Any additional expenses incurred, such as hosting, font licensing, art licensing, additional plugins or stock photography, will be listed separately when invoiced.
The client is expected to make reasonable efforts to provide necessary information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner. Should a delay arise due to the client, an extension of one day for each day of delay will be applied to the deadline for all deliverables and charged accordingly.
Responsibility and Limitations
For any enquiries regarding domain names, hosting and registration, SSL certificates, email addresses, and email hosting, the Client is advised to contact their respective hosting and domain name providers. Similarly, for queries related to the setup of email addresses, emails being marked as spam or going to junk, email malfunctions, and email signatures, the client should consult their technical support company and review their applicable Terms & Conditions.
Please note that I Do Website Design cannot be held responsible for the following:

2) The display of my designs and work, along with a hyperlink to Your website, on my own website and social media for promotional purposes.
I will offer two rounds of revisions with minor refinements at no additional cost. You have 48 hours to come back with the required edits. Minor refinements encompass a range of adjustments such as colour changes, font modifications, image replacements, textual alterations, small tweaks to element positioning, and image swaps.
Please note that minor refinements do not cover additional page creations, custom CSS implementation, integration of third-party plugins, or the uploading of extra content that was not originally outlined in the project brief. Request for minor changes are to be made via e-mail. I will presume that You have accepted the original draft with no changes if no emails requesting changes were made within 48 hours of requesting feedback.
Changes to Project Scope
Once a proposal has been agreed upon and accepted, any changes to the scope of the project will require a new proposal and may result in additional costs and extended timelines. I understand that projects can evolve and new requirements may emerge over time, however, it is important to acknowledge that changes in scope can significantly impact the resources, time, and effort invested in the project.
Should you wish to modify the agreed-upon scope, I kindly request that you notify me in writing asap, providing detailed information regarding the proposed changes. Upon receipt of the change request, I will carefully evaluate the implications and prepare a new proposal outlining the revised scope, timeline, and associated costs. Your booking may need to be rescheduled depending on the extent of scope change.
