    – This information is collected through cookies and tracking tools, including those from Google Analytics, Jetpack, Microsoft Clarity, and Klaviyo.

Microsoft Clarity specifically uses first-party cookies to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. This helps us understand:

  • Which pages you visit and how long you spend on each
  • How you interact with forms and other website elements
  • Session recordings that show your navigation patterns (with sensitive form fields masked by default)

Clarity data is stored in the United States and is retained for between 30 days and 13 months depending on the data type. After this period, data on Clarity servers including backups will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

Klaviyo cookies may track actions like viewing a product, opening an email, or leaving items in your cart. You can adjust your cookie preferences in your browser settings at any time.

5. Email Marketing

If you join our email list, we may send:

  • Newsletters and business updates
  • Early access to offers or digital products
  • Abandoned cart reminders
  • Welcome and follow-up emails tailored to your activity

We use Klaviyo for email automation and list management. If you’ve interacted with our website or emails, Klaviyo may personalise your messages based on your behaviour. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in any email.

When you purchase from our shop, we securely process payments via Stripe. We do not store your full payment information. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with their privacy policy:

  • Jetpack – WordPress features and analytics
  • Microsoft Clarity – behavioral analytics including session replay, heatmaps, and user interaction tracking. 
  • Klaviyo – email marketing, signup forms, and behavioural tracking
  • Stripe – secure payment processing
  • Calendly – booking calls or VIP days

Each service has its own privacy policy which governs how they handle your data.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share data only when:

  • You’ve given clear consent
  • It’s necessary to deliver our services (e.g. with email, payment, or analytics providers)
  • We’re legally required to do so
