How does a VIP Day work?
Here is how we will be spending the day

Before we start
The week before your VIP Day, we’ll discuss exactly what your website needs and develop a prioritised to do list that I’ll work through on the day.

On the VIP Day
I put your site in maintenance mode and get to work. While you don’t need to be glued to the screen, I may need you to answer questions and give feedback.

End of day
I’ll walk you through everything I’ve done, show you how it all works, and make sure you’re happy with the results.

After we're done
You get videos showing you how any new features work, plus 3 days of “wait, how do I…” email support.
What can we get done in a VIP Day
You will provide me with a list of tasks in priority order before we start so that we can review it and use it as a reference point throughout the session.
I will not be working with anyone else and will only be contacting you during this time and concentrating on your website.
Here are some ideas of what we can do during this time:
Website housekeeping:
→ Fix broken links, update old content, test contact forms
→ Add new pages or update existing ones
→ Swap out photos, refresh copy, update your About page
Design improvements:
→ Update colors, fonts, or logo placement
→ Improve your homepage layout
→ Add testimonials, FAQs, or service descriptions
New functionality:
→ Set up email marketing integration
→ Create Instagram bio link pages or landing page
→ Add booking systems or contact forms
→ Blog setup or new post additions
Once you pre-prioritise what you would like fixed/updated on your site, I will work hard to get as much done as I can during the VIP session.
The reality check:
When you book a VIP Day, you are paying for up to 8 hours of my undivided attention on your website so that we can tick as many items off your priority list as we can.
Eight hours goes fast, but we’ll make every minute count. I’ll be realistic about what’s possible and focus on the changes that’ll make the biggest difference to your business!
Frequently Asked Questions
We start with email prep work including your task planning (or a quick call if you prefer), then I dedicate up to 8 hours on your chosen day to work through your prioritised list while keeping you updated throughout.
Think “available for quick questions” rather than “chained to your desk.” I’ll ping you if I need feedback or clarification, but you can get on with your day while I handle the heavy lifting.
Before I get you booked in for a VIP Day, we will chat about what you’d love to get done. I’ll give you a good idea of what we can get done in a day. If I can see the tasks won’t quite fit into one session, I will recommend a website redesign if I think it is a better fit for your requirements.
If I have promised you I will get something on your to-do list done but for some reason fail to by the end of the day, I will continue working on it the following day to get it ticked off.
Maybe! Depending on your current theme, page builder and also what you want to sell and how you wish to sell it, I could potentially build you a shop page with 5 simple products (ie. no variation in size, quantity, colour, special offers, bundles etc) on a VIP intensive Day.
We can discuss your specific needs through email or our strategy call. You’ll need to provide me with photos, product information, pricing, delivery information, and payment information the day before the VIP Day.
However, if you want a fully thought-out e-Commerce website with a user journey all the bells and whistles this option is not for you and you would be better off going with my e-commerce package.
For VIP Days, yes—I know WordPress.org inside and out, which means I can work efficiently and get more done in our VIP day. WordPress.com doesn’t have the same flexibility and other platforms would slow us both down.
Nope! Not if you don’t want to. Everything can be handled via email or your preferred messaging method. No forced phone calls or awkward video chats if that’s not your thing. So long as I get the info I need in priority order to do the work, I’m happy.

VIP Days are available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
My lead time is 7 days minimum (to allow for proper prep work, onboarding, task planning, strategy) and you can book up to 40 days in advance.
Check the booking calendar below for available dates. Popular slots fill up quickly, especially during busy seasons so book early.
Currently, VIP Days are £460/€540.
Full payment is required upfront to secure your VIP Day booking.
If you feel you might need less or more time, reach out and I’ll see what I can do! I also offer a Tech Support Hour and can offer a half-day intensive (4 hours) or two full-day intensives if it’s appropriate. More than happy to chat it through and see what is right for you!
Life happens! You can reschedule with reasonable notice (subject to availability). Since payment is taken upfront, cancellations are handled case-by-case. Cancellation terms are in the T&Cs. No refunds for change of mind.
