Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

Company / We / Us / Our refers to I Do Website Design.
Service / Website refers to services offered via https://idowebsitedesign.com.
You / Client refers to the individual or legal entity engaging with the Service.


2. General Terms

By booking a service or purchasing a product from I Do Website Design, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms take effect from the date of your deposit payment or purchase and remain valid throughout our engagement.

Communication

All official communication is conducted via email. Requests, approvals, and deliverables are handled through nikita@idowebsitedesign.com unless otherwise agreed.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures in service due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, illness, internet outages, platform issues).

Limitation of Liability

I Do Website Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, data, or profits, resulting from use of services or advice provided.


3. Quotes & Bookings

Quotes

I create quotations for my services based on the brief provided by You and the estimated time investment required. Quotations may be subject to change if additional work is necessary. The quotes provided are valid for thirty days. After this, I reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly. While I strive to meet delivery dates, I cannot absolutely guarantee them as they may vary.

Bookings

All bookings for services with I Do Website Design are only confirmed when You pay a 50% non-refundable deposit fee. This fee is essential for securing a spot in my schedule and is not eligible for a refund. Once I receive the deposit, I will send an email to You to confirm the booking and make arrangements for the project to commence. 


4. Payment & Compensation

  • All payments are in Euro € via Stripe or Bank Transfer. in your chosen currency.

  • 50% non-refundable deposit initial payment is due before any design work begins.

  • Final payment is due upon completion or on the scheduled deadline (whichever comes first).
  • Quotes include design fees only which includes all applicable taxes. Additional costs (e.g. plugins, stock imagery, font licenses, stock photography) will be listed separately.


5. Project Timeline & Delays

The client is expected to make reasonable efforts to provide necessary information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner. Should a delay arise due to the client, an extension of one day for each day of delay will be applied to the deadline for all deliverables and charged accordingly. 


6. Design Terms

Design

The Client agrees to allow

1) The inclusion of a small credit line on the Your website. This credit line will be a brief text placed towards the bottom of the web page (eg. Website By I Do Website Design).

2) The display of my designs and work, along with a hyperlink to Your website, on my own website and social media for promotional purposes.

Revisions

I  will offer two rounds of revisions with minor refinements at no additional cost. You have 48 hours to come back with the required edits. Minor refinements encompass a range of adjustments such as colour changes, font modifications, image replacements, textual alterations, small tweaks to element positioning, and image swaps. 

Please note that minor refinements do not cover additional page creations, custom CSS implementation, integration of third-party plugins, or the uploading of extra content that was not originally outlined in the project brief. Request for minor changes are to be made via e-mail. I will presume that You have accepted the original draft with no changes if no emails requesting changes were made within 48 hours of requesting feedback.

Changes to Project Scope

Once a proposal has been agreed upon and accepted, any changes to the scope of the project will require a new proposal and may result in additional costs and extended timelines. I understand that projects can evolve and new requirements may emerge over time, however, it is important to acknowledge that changes in scope can significantly impact the resources, time, and effort invested in the project.

Should you wish to modify the agreed-upon scope, I kindly request that you notify me in writing asap, providing detailed information regarding the proposed changes. Upon receipt of the change request, I will carefully evaluate the implications and prepare a new proposal outlining the revised scope, timeline, and associated costs. Your booking may need to be rescheduled depending on the extent of scope change.


7. Responsibilities & Limitations

We are not responsible for:

  • Hosting, domain, or email provider issues

  • Emails being flagged as spam

  • Website hacking, downtime, or income loss

For any enquiries regarding domain names, hosting and registration, SSL certificates, email addresses, and email hosting, the Client is advised to contact their respective hosting and domain name providers. Similarly, for queries related to the setup of email addresses, emails being marked as spam or going to junk, email malfunctions, and email signatures, the client should consult their technical support company and review their applicable Terms & Conditions.

Please note that I Do Website Design cannot be held responsible for the following:

(a) Instances where the client’s email addresses are targeted with spam, as this is beyond our control.

(b) Unauthorised acquisition and usage of the client’s email account details for sending spam or malicious content.

When designing and building websites, I Do Website Design endeavours to deliver the best possible outcome based on their knowledge at the time of completion. However, we cannot assume responsibility for the following:

(a) Cases where the client’s website is hacked or subjected to malicious attacks.

(b) Any loss of income arising from website downtime, hacking incidents, or similar events.


8. VIP Day Terms

  • VIP Days apply to WordPress websites only.

  • A 50% deposit is required to book.

  • Balance due the day before the scheduled date.

  • You’re booking 6 hours of dedicated time. Not all requests may be completed.

  • If rescheduling, you must do so within 60 days.


9. Website Audit Terms

  • Completed within 7 days of order, not before 48 hours.

  • Includes review of layout, responsiveness, content, and user experience.

  • SEO and competitor analysis not included.

  • Feedback is professional opinion only. Not liable for business results.


10. Digital Product Terms

Lifetime Access

When you purchase a digital product/course, you receive access for the lifetime of the product — meaning as long as it is offered and maintained by I Do Website Design.

We reserve the right to update, replace, or retire this product at any time.

Access may be revoked if terms of use are violated, such as unauthorised sharing or redistribution of content.

Platform disclaimer Continued access may also depend on the availability and functionality of third-party platforms (e.g. Notion, Google Docs, or course hosting providers). We are not responsible for any platform outages or changes in service.

1. Interactive Website Prep Workbook

a. Digital Product

The Interactive Website Prep Workbook is a digital product. No physical item will be shipped. Upon purchase, you will receive access to download or duplicate your workbook in Notion or Google Docs.
Please note: A free Notion or Google account may be required to access and use the templates.

b. Usage & Licensing

Your purchase includes lifetime access for personal and business use only. You may not:

    • Share, redistribute, or resell the workbook or templates

    • Copy or modify it for commercial use or for others

    • Claim the design or structure as your own

This workbook is intended for use by one individual or business only.

c. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this product and instant access provided upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience any issues accessing the files, please contact: nikita@idowebsitedesign.com and I’ll be happy to help.

d. Disclaimer

This workbook provides guidance, templates, and prompts to support your website planning process. It is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or technical advice. Results may vary based on your individual effort and implementation.

e. Support

While this product is designed to be self-led and easy to use, light support is available for any technical access issues. This does not include ongoing training or personalised website feedback.

    • All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes where required
    c.2 Course Access
    • Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the complete course materials
    • Access is provided for personal use only
    • Course materials are delivered digitally and no physical products will be shipped
    d. Usage Rights and Restrictions
    d.1 Permitted Use
    • Course materials are for your personal educational use only
    • You may implement the strategies taught for your own business or websites
    • You may refer to the course materials for your own SEO projects
    d.2 Prohibited Use
    • No Redistribution: You may not share, distribute, or resell any part of the course materials
    • No Copying: You may not reproduce, duplicate, or copy the course content
    • No Public Sharing: You may not post course materials on websites, social media, or any public platforms
    • No Commercial Use: You may not use the course materials to teach others or create competing courses
    e. Intellectual Property
    • All course content, including text, images, videos, and materials, are protected by copyright

    • Individual results will vary based on effort, consistency, and market conditions

    Due to the immediate access nature of digital products:

    • Refunds are not available within any time frame

    • We will provide reasonable support for technical access issues

    • You will receive access to updated materials at no additional cost
    • We are not obligated to provide updates but may do so at our discretion

If You have booked a Website Redesign with I Do Website Design, unless otherwise stated, We will assume that You are happy for before and after screenshots to be taken of your website or marketing purposes by I Do Website Design such as, but not limited to, display in portfolio, across social media platforms, competitions etc.


12. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Due to the digital nature of services and products, no cancellations or refunds are provided.

  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction or non-action taken on advice
