What platform is the website built on?

Your site will be built with WordPress — flexible, powerful, and perfect for growth. You’ll also receive a personalised tutorial video and guides so you can confidently update it yourself later.

Do I need to sort out hosting and a domain?

You’ll need to purchase your own domain and hosting, but I’ll walk you through your best options and exactly what you need and help you with set up. I’m here to make the tech side as stress-free as possible.

Will my website work on mobile?

Yes! Your site will be fully responsive, meaning it will look great and function smoothly on phones, tablets, and desktops.

If I have promised you I will get something on your to-do list done but for some reason fail to by the end of the day, I will continue working on it the following day to get it ticked off.

Can I add more pages later?

Absolutely. Your site is built on WordPress and fully scalable — so when you’re ready, I can add more pages like Services, Portfolio, or a Blog. Many of my clients start with a one-pager and grow from there.

What if I’m not sure what to write for the site?

No problem — I can guide you! You’ll get a simple content questionnaire to help me write your website copy. Or, if you’d rather not worry about words at all, you can add professional copywriting as an optional extra.

How much input do I get during the design process?

A lot! This is a collaborative process. You’ll complete a short questionnaire, and we’ll do some moodboarding and chat about your goals, style, and ideal clients before I start designing. I’ll also send you a preview to review and give feedback before launch.

I don’t have a logo or brand yet, can I still book?

Yes! A one-pager is a great place to start. If you’d like a fully custom logo, I can connect you with a fantastic graphic designer as an add-on.

If you’re keeping costs lower upfront, I can create a clean text-based logo and offer you three colour palette and typography combinations to choose from — simple, stylish, and totally aligned with your vibe.

Whichever route you go, I’ll make sure your site feels consistent, professional, and uniquely you — even in the early stages.

What if I need support after launch?

You’ll receive 7 days of post-launch email support, so you can ask any questions or address any issues that come up. After that, I’m always here to help!

If you need ongoing support, I offer monthly maintenance contracts or additional tech support hours to keep your website running smoothly.
