What’s Included

Your website audit includes a professional review of your website, covering:

First impressions and overall brand clarity
Website responsiveness across devices (mobile, tablet, desktop)
Website functionality (forms, links, navigation, key features)
User experience (ease of use and customer journey)
User interface and visual design
Content review (text, buttons, imagery and calls-to-action)
Actionable recommendations for improvement

You will receive a written report and a video walkthrough explaining the findings and suggestions.

What’s Not Included

This service does not include:

SEO analysis or keyword research
Competitor analysis
Implementation of any changes

If you require these services, they can be booked separately.

Nature of Advice

The Website Audit is based on my professional opinion and experience. All recommendations are provided in good faith to improve your website.

You acknowledge that:

You are responsible for how you choose to implement (or not implement) any advice given
I am not liable for any loss, damages, or outcomes resulting from actions taken based on this audit

Turnaround Time

Work will begin within 48 hours of purchase
The completed audit will be delivered within 7 working days

This timeframe may vary slightly in busy periods, but you will always be kept informed.

Client Responsibility
You agree to provide a working website URL and ensure your website is accessible at the time of review. Delays caused by inaccessible websites or missing information may affect delivery timelines.

Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your purchase within 12 hours of placing your order for a full refund
After 12 hours, cancellations are not eligible for a refund
Once the audit has been delivered, no refunds will be issued
